Hi there..first is that to see what exact are the things you need to have in your room like the bed, the cabinets, kitchen set and leaving room furniture. Then that's the time you need to go to the store to buy items you need. But since you are transferring from one place to another it would not be wise to buy those really expensive type of furniture. There are available in the market that are good but doesn't really cost that much. And by the way I might forget please see if you like the paint of the room so you could think first of repainting it before purchasing your needed furniture.

Wow I just learned today that you mark me best response. Thank you. I am so glad i could help you with that. By the way my suggestion also that if your rented room in a little bit smaller space try to paint it with white or cream colors.something very light to make it look wide and spacious. With that kind of colors also it can lessen heat inside the room and a lot of different colors that you like could go to that type of color.

First start with colors that you like. Then go from the bedroom on forward. You need a bed, a night stand, dresser. Hangers for the closet. You might want a table to eat off, something to sit at while watching tv or studying. In the kitchen that is easy you need kitchen stuff. In the bathroom rug, your bathroom supplies, shower curitens.

That's good at least it saves you some money. When me and my husband got our first place we had people give us free stuff for the most part.

Second hands stores are great. If you start out with the basics you can go from there. I would say a couch and it can double for a bed and somewhere to sat and eat. Then a dining table and chairs. Such as that. Whatever your lifestyle is. Like if you use the computer you may want a desk or coffee table to put it on. It really depends on what your life is like.

That sounds like a great idea. That way you can fold it up and put it away if it gets in the way.

You should get the bed first, get a small table and put it near the kitchen, and put some kind of divider to separate your bed with your kitchen.
