Music calms me down

I have always been into music. I felt like I could escape when I listen to it. I have an open mind to all sorts of music even when it is from other countries. Does it make others relax too?

it all depends on the kind of music you're listening to.It can either relax you or give you a burst of energy depending on the genre :D

I love music too, when I listen to it, I imagine I am playing musical instruments all along, sing along having a great time, after listening to music for 1 hour, I have recharged my body and start to work for the day.

yes music plays a vital role to our life.Me i love music but music don't love me.What i mean is i don't know how to sing.But i really love music.
