I am very humbled about your job..it's because my elder sister is also a staff nurse. God bless those who help the helpless!

I honestly don't mind it because I have to go to the hospital often anyway for all kinds of things. People in my family are always ending up in the hospital, so no one makes a big deal out of it. You just go, do what you have to do, and if they keep you, then they keep you, and if they say that you can go, then you can go. I might have to go to the hospital again this weekend because I have been having heart and lung problems recently, and it is just something that I have to deal with. There is really nothing that I can do about it.

People who suffer the diseases are so painful and even some are not in good mood. What we can really do is to pray and bring them happiness as much as we can.I feel that really bad each time i go to the hospical and hope the patients would recover soon.

dear, i feel the same feeling when i go a hospital also.It is very depressing, with so many ill people there fighting for their life.I can't imangine living in a hospital for months trying to fight for my life and also enjoy life in such a depressing place.Personally i think that hospitals should be better at cheering people up while they are sick.I also pray for the people in hospitals to get better.

well in my field of work as a nurse,i find it used in entering the hospital. what i am most concerned of is that when one member of the family was being admitted in the hospital with that then i felt restless and bothered on what to do.

On entering..i don't like the smell of that peculiar hospital smell. But yes, if i see some helpless patients in there, I pray for them in my heart.

I think that it very much depends on the reasons that you're entering the hospital. When I have been visiting somebody, I was always feeling a little bit uncomfortable because I know that nobody likes being in hospital, and you wouldn't be in a hospital unless something was medically wrong with you. When I have been working a hospital however, things are very different, as you know that you're there to help people rather than be treated, and you know that some families might be able to keep their loved one because of some of the work that you have done for them during the course of your working day.

I'm now working in a hospital as a nurse.Yes,you're right sometimes I still feel sad about people fighting for their lives especially if we can only offer a little help to them. The worst is if we can't do anything to keep them alive. The only rewarding thing is if we can see people getting back to health, and have continued to live their lives. It feels great to help people, and I'm thankful to be a part of their recovery.

I don't like visiting hospital, I had bad memories when I was little (I was sick a lot every six months until I was 9). Unfortunately when I was at high school my best friend was sick and I can not avoid from going to hospital to see him. I was so nervous and scare and can not control the stress of it then guess what, by the time I got into the hospital gate I passed out. They put me in the same room as my best friend and the doctor give me some injection. It was funny part but after ward I still don't like visiting hospital.
