we went to the mall.We go shopping together with my daughter and niece.We enjoyed walking, looking things to but.Fortunately we bought a pair of shoes of the 3 kids.After going to the department store we went to the supermarket to buy household needs.We bought food to eat, drinks a lot. Then are ready to the cashier.we fall inline.The line is so long.Its about 8:30 pm while ago.The 3 kids are very naughty because they really want to go home.Suddenly somebody went to our place where our cart is. I want to argue with that girl but i saw a senior citizen standing in front of her cart.
Why are there something like people like that? We understand about the old mother but the girl disrespect us. I really want to tell the girl that she must go to the line.I really hate her. She did not even ask an excuse or just an approval to us..I really hate this kind of people.
You guys did you experience same situation like this?

Some people feel like they can take advantage of a situation and get in ahead others because they are distracted(ie you were distracted by your kids). You can be firm and make them go to the end of the line, but sometimes it is not even worth it. As long as they don't bring all of their friends to the line in front of you, you are just one behind what you were.

I also hate that kind of people who are cutting lines without permission, especially when you are in a hurry. If I were in your situation I will argue to that girl, and tell her that please show some respect, did you see that were falling in line here, were also in a hurry. If you want to be fast just go to in the senior citizen counter.

Here in our place there is a line for the senior citizens. Therefore, they have to form their lines there. Anyhow, if I was in your position, I would have probably said something because I got kids and they're restless, it would be good for everyone if the kids were done and could go home because naughty kids just annoy more people than those who cut the line.
Again, you should have said something because noisy children are always a priority than old people and the rest in lines.

Hi jinky2012, I could totally relate to your experience. Someone cutting off the line is one of my pet peeve. It is one of those attitude that I cannot and probably will not tolerate. I have experienced several situation where people cut lines but I am very confrontational with situation like that. No, I never resort to putting up a fight but I make it a point to let the person who cut through know that I am aware of what he or she has done.
I your situation, I don't think that the girl should used her mother as an excuse to get ahead of the line. It is totally unacceptable just because she has someone who is a senior citizen with her. You could have excused that you have some kids with you for all its worth.

Yeah so many people are inconsiderate of others. Sorry to hear that she did that to you. Things like that does make us upset. Unfortunately we have to at times just let it go. Even though it really bothers us.

Yes I have had that happen to me a few or so times years ago. It is not the right thing to do when there is such a long line, I am shocked that someone would even have the nerve to try this. I would be every embarassed of myself if I tried to cut in front of someone and these people do not even think twice about it. They have no shame and don't care, they even see you have kids with you and don't want to wait where they're supposed to. I would have told them to please get in the back of the line, personally without arguing. It's not even fair to the people who are all behind you waiting either.
