Hello Arch,
True. These days people are so busy with their work and family that they can't even manange to find time for themselves.I am also in that category i remain too much busy with the offline job and then when i am at home i remain busy with the kids as its not easy to come out from the routine day work but still i am trying my best to take some time for myself in a day.Hope one day when my kids will grow up i would be able to get it till then i think its really tough for me to do that.

Hi. It's the same case as mine. Everyday, i am busy with my teaching work. My students are going to graduate from high school, but before they go to college they must have the state exam, where there is a hot competition. In order to achieve this, both teachers and students work hard to meet the challenge. What's more , my son is one of them . While i work with my students, I also keep an eye on my own son. I must pay attention to both of them.

I have had to make a very determined effort to find "me" time. I work at home and it is demanding enough plus I am working on a Master's degree - which is a lot more difficult than I thought it was going to be! And I am a full time caregiver for my adult son.. my "me" time revolves solely around running. I make time for it in my schedule because it is very fulfilling and it is the one thing that I really can enjoy from here!

Yeah .Many of us are very busy.we should stay in to look after the family,go out to earn the bread.Every has his own ponsibility, and everyone should be responsible. Or even if we had much time for ourselves, we would not be happy. In fact being busy means contributing to those we love.

What I normally do is give myself 15-20 minutes per day where I just go in my room and I meditate or lay on my bed and block out any thoughts, such as what I need to prepare for or what is happening in the next day, how will I ever get things done etc. These thoughts make us feel like we always have a purpose and drive to which there is no end. We constantly feel we have to live up to certain expectations and worry so much about our responsibilities we forget the whole point. To live. We struggle so much to do what we think is living we actually do the opposite, we exclude so much from our lives by the constant drone of our inner mind organizing and planning as if each day were to be mastered. If meditating doesn't work for you then try to have a nice hot bath with some candles and dim lights, avoid putting yourself in stressful situations and making things stressful when they don't have to be. You will find that it is really about managing your inner voice that sets you free.

There are really times that we got very busy and think that we it is impossible to relax and rest even just for an. In school, especially during before the finals, there are many requirements that need to be finish and pass. When it happens, when working on it, i am really concentrating on it and don't even think to rest until it is done. However, when i got tired, all i do is to leave it on the table then stand for a while, go and get my cell phone and listen to music or even watch television. Then after that, going back to work is all i do. Now when all the requirements is done and already passed, after school, i sometimes walk first around the city even it is now late/evening just to relax before going home.

Actually, I'm the opposite of most people when it comes to having time to myself. I'm an "empty nester" hence it seems that I have all kinds of time to myself now. Other than going to work I have few time obligations so am quite free to do things for myself such as go to exercise classes, shop, and spend time with my spouse.
