you love me but i do not love you

i have female classmate and her cousin pick the girl, i often shared with his cousin and before long i heard from my friend that she was in love with you, i was surprised how bleak it can while i'm not in love with her cousin and i consider it as my sister...
what should i do and how to say that i am not in love with him?

If you don"t really love her the same way, just say it. Say "I really like you, but I don"t think we"re in the situation for a real serious relationship. We"ve been friends for a while, and I don"t want to lose that. Can we still be friends?" I treat you as my sister only nothing more nothing less.
