accidentally watched the show while eating lunch when this "kapalpakan" happened. First thing happened when an audience was challenged by Kuya Kim to give that "sample2x" stuff, unreluctantly the guy sang his heart out, It was really great but at the end he could only get a one peso reward for that..How disgusted I was while seeing that...But the much worst kapalpakan was still yet to come afterwards when a female "Hurado" or Judge gave a pick-up line to that chimpanzee named "Vice Ganda" with this line: " Tae ka ba?" or "Are you a feces/ an excrement?". Bear in mind that it was high noon and everybody's having their lunch at that time including me. If I was the type of person who is so finicky then probably I could've vomitted what I've had eaten that time.
Program management should always remind their guest judges to always watch their language and actions while the show is on the air because it's just so displeasing and disturbing seeing such incident as this on TV.
Now, I wonder if the MTRCB has done their actions with the incident.

the show is actually trying hard to please the viewers making them so exaggerated. they are actually overacting just to make people laugh and i don't see entertainment with them and most of the times they play with their audience. so i'd rather watch EB than watch them.

that would be better if the show will be replaced. their old format is better than now because the hosts now are like idiots who are overacting especially Vice Ganda. i used to like him but now he is . maybe because the fame already got into his head and that he don't want to touch the ground as if he is the most popular personality in the Philippines.

you're very right shylade. Like what I've just said, that their efforts particularly from that chimpanzee named "Vice Ganda" for adding some humor and some wacky stuff is in reality not really absurd and entertaining. They should realize that. Anyway, just heard a news from TV that the program will soon be waving goodbye, It also said that it probably be replaced with another, rather a new noontime show. Good for them.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the show here. Have a great day ahead!

I guess it's good that I don't watch television while eating. I don't like those shows though, they're just full of slapstick jokes that are sometimes mean to those who are really trying their heart out to been seen. Yes there are talents there but the ocean of people without talents are overpowering.
Anyhow, I think the management should know that you are displeased. Perhaps if you could write a letter and send it through them, perhaps the sentiments of the many like you would be heard.
I just think that these noontime shows are making the environment hotter than it already is. I consider most of these shows as waste of time and waste of energy and airtime. Well, it's just my cents.
Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

you were absolutely right. These kind of shows are only a Big waste of time, they call it "entertainment" but I really find it not entertaining. I was only able to watch the show by accident as I am not a fan of such TV programs with full plates of stale jokes. I would prefer to watch Eat Bulaga instead. And I don't have to bother writing or emailing the mngt. of that program concerning my displeasure with what I saw- except only if there's a payment or cash reward.
Anyway, thanks for responding to the discussion.

Whoah! If they're going to pay people whenever people share their disgust with the show, then they're in for a lot of trouble. They'd shut down operations in order to pay for complaints! hahahaha
Indeed it's better to just do MyLot instead of wasting valuable time, electricity and effort to watch those shows.

I used to love Showtime before they made it a noontime show. The show was pretty straightforward before and only focused on one thing: giving people chance to showcase their talents. Vice ganda was funny at first but now Im sick and tired of his jokes, I find them offensive and inappropriate at times considering that the show is a noontime variety show and not some show at some stand up comedy bar. The show now seems like a mess, if not for Anne Curtis, I wouldnt continually watch it.

Vice Ganda is the primary reason why I hate the show, it's because of his stale jokes and offensive mouth. He thinks he's very funny, you know I appreciate his efforts to add some humor and some wacky stuff for the show but the audience like me often find his jokes and comments insulting and disturbing, thinking that there are little kids watching their show.
Thank you for the response. Have a nice day ahead!

I don’t like show time because they are very overacting just to make people laugh. They are trying hard to please the viewers making them exaggerated. I know the management aware of the foul languages of their talents. Maybe if someone filed a complaint to the MTRCB they take their actions. Because sometimes official didn"t take actions if they can’t received a complain even they know it already.
