Hi Digg, is something like social site where we can share all kind of links. It is like bookmarking sites, where you can share your sites and other important links with other social friends. You can add any link (which is not previously added in digg) with description. You can also check other users work and get some useful links/sites with that. You can digg (like voting) other user's links , and other users can do the same for your links if they like. By this we can get good targeted traffic for our links.

I know its not social networking site. That's why I said it is like them. I mean we can have friends there ... But yes it is a bookmarking site.

@akp100 actually digg is not a social networking site it is a bookmarking site where you can bookmark your favourite website links and other stuffs. You also can share other bookmarks if you like. many people use digg for getting more traffic to their websites.

At first, i really do not know about this site but because of curiousity, i signed up and explore to it, now i am using it. It is a different type of social networking site but it does not need any status updates. This is use to bookmark and share links to others that might be blogs, news, own website, video links etc. This is somehow similar to twitter which instead of friends, they call it followers. However, just like what i said, instead of sharing your thoughts, you share links. :) it is good to those who want visitors to their websites.
