dear friends as you know i am from srilanka i have some valuable stamps and cash of srilanka so i like to sell them using any other websites if you know how to please tell me...

Not exactly everything :p Read their TOS to check what kind of stuffs that are being prohibited to sell xD.
And as for Amazon, I think it's quiet hard to sell stuffs on there for international member.
From here - http://askville.amazon.com/India-sell-UK/AnswerViewer.do?requestId=9520270 - it's stated that "In order to sell on Amazon,you need to have a U.S. bank account and a credit card with a US billing address."
Perhaps you can get better luck on eBay. :)
