What causes High Blood Pressure? Is it genetic or lifestyle?

If you have high blood pressure is it your diet or can you totally blame your parernt for bad genes.

Both can be the reasons for it but if you do have a high blood pressure you should visit a professional for his opinion :)

I think it can be both acquired and hereditary.
