you just got to there sight and sign up for it, and if you have any questions or need any help they have a number you can call for support they are very good like that to help.. if you have a bank account they will want you to verify your account so that if you choose when you get paid you can have that money transfered from pay pal to your bank account..or i think they will send you a check but they will charge you and it takes longer to get.. your money.. hope this helps..

Why don't you go to paypal or this info? You need a bank account for it, register yourself, give your bank account and do what they ask to confirm this account. Can't be that hard or?
