Basketball tips on how to do jumpshots?

I was wondering if any of you could give me an advice on how to do a jumpshot. We had a Physical Education class today at our school and our main lesson was basketball. I am quite fund of watching NBA games on the television but I admit that I am not good at playing basketball. One of our practical tests next week is to do a jumpshot. I am pretty nervous knowing that I have some pretty bad shooting skills. Any tips for me to improve? Thanks for sharing!

When it comes to jump shots, the best advice is practice as much as possible. Everyone has their own style that develops the longer you play. Jump as high as you can and try to release the ball when you are at your highest. Good luck.
