Who ARE you?

I think that everyone has many different identities which we can draw upon in different situations depending on what we happen to be doing at the time. At the moment, I am a daughter, a girlfriend, a student, a woman, along with many other different things. One of the skills that everyone should be able to learn in life is the ability to switch between personas whenever we should need to, and it is the people who are able to do this who will fare the best in life because of their ability to adapt to their specific situations.

me personally. i am a freak because i love war movies, am a hippie from the late 60's (even though i was really young back then), i like cars, and am a history fanatic. however, on the flip side, i like girly things too. i am a Jesus follower, a wife, mother, daughter and an employee.

I guess I am always changing- right now because I have a 4 month old baby and she takes up most of my time my most important role is a mother, even though I am new to motherhood and was a competely different person a few short months ago! But I am also a partner, a friend, and a woman- all parts of my personality are important and need nurtured :).

I think the best answer for that question is: I am who you want me to be. As what you have stated, you portray different roles in life. All of us do. So when my kid needs a mother to talk to, I am there to answer all their questions. If a friend of mine needs a shoulder to cry on, I am the friend who will always be all ears to listen to her problems.
