I usually turn the light off. Although, there have been nights that I am so tired I don't even realize I never turned it off until I wake up the next morning lol.

I usually sleep with lights off.
Even if the lights are on i would sleep.

I don't like the light on when I am sleeping but I do like to have the fan run.
