and you only have one pen, who would you give it to? The pretty girl or the not so pretty one..? I was just listening to the radio last night and they talked about how prettier girls usually don't have a hard time in life. Do you agree with this? Who would you give the pen to? One of the guys said he'd give the pen to the not so pretty girl since the prettier girl can get the pen from another person more easily..

That's the way life is. Men are attracted to pretty girls. That's why they have makeup for the not so pretty girls to get boyfriends...lol. Just kidding. Then again, a man might marry a not so pretty girl just because he thinks a pretty girl might be tempted to cheat on him.

I dont think so, people get married for love not just looks

Usually people who cheat aren't so pretty- I see them in reality shows.. And I agree with olliekobra1, it's rare for people to just marry for looks, maybe money..but it's usually attitude and love.

Who asked first? The pen might go to the one who asked first. However, if both asked at the same time, I would just say.. I only have one pen. Who wants to use it first? Then again, I might just keep my one pen, because if I have only one pen.. I will not have one if I give it away. Let them buy their own pen like i bought mine. Those are a few options.

Yeah, that was what one of the djs said too- and then the other one replied that they both asked at the same time which is highly unlikely... People should just always be prepared- me, i always bring pen and paper if i go do something important.

A "pretty girl,"you say? Who is qualified to choose? A Black person would choose a Black Girl. A Browns choice, would be Brown girl, and a White, a white girl. Are we not are all created equal? Does God not Create a Perfect Variety of colors, shapes and sizes? For God's sake, let's give every the girl a fair shake!

I will simply hand my pen between the two of them and say, I only have one pen - you two can take turns if you like. I bet one of them will let the other take the pen. But, if they would fight for it. I'll call a police (kidding). No, really... I'll let them decide.

Of course, I will give it to the prettier girl! But if the not so pretty girl asked first, I will try to find a way to still give it to the pretty girl. The exception is if the not so pretty girl is a friend of mine or is more closer to me than the pretty girl. Anyway, I do think that good looking persons, both for male and female, do get some pretty nice advantage in life. I have read in Reader's Digest that a study confirmed that handsome and pretty girls tend to be looked upon as smarter, wealthier, kinder and better compared to the the average and below average beauty individuals. It is more like human nature judgement. And yes, I do experience having an easier life because of my awesomeness! Just kidding around at that one!

Wise decision, at least are you very true to yourself, since it depends upon the host if to whom he or she may lend his her pen for the reason that each of us people here on earth have a FREEWILL of our own. The same theory if business is concerned, i will give that pen to whomever i think an asset to my business even if that pen bypassed to the first who asked for that pen and have that pen to the second who requests it. It is like watching a Cable TV, if the default home pointer of a channeling knob is in Channel 2, i have to bypassed that channel 6 and switch the knob to watch channel 11 because there are pretty girls and boys that are hosts and artists there compare to channel 6.

If it was my only pen, the correct answer would be neither. I don't really like lending things to other people, because half of the time I'll never see them again. And that is the honest truth to the matter. If it was the pen that I had in additional to the one that I have, perhaps I might have been a little bit more accommodating. I think it is down to a number of things, should I have been in a mood that day, it would really depend on if I had experiences with the person. If one of them were not nice to me, until they wanted something, then why should I bend over backwards, no matter how they look like. And if they were two people I barely knew, well it depends. That might rather not let me inclined to lend them anything due to the fact I don't know how trustworthy they are. Looks mean nothing, it is all a matter of trust when it comes to my personal possessions.

I will lend the pen to whoever asked it first, I'm not particular about the looks but the one who asked first will get it. Yes, most of the time some people judge or give favors to those who are good looking which to me is not right. One must practice the first come first served basis.

Unfortunately, that is one of the prejudices in this world. And, sometimes it's not even conscious that people tend to favor the prettier once. I read an article once that said there was a study that showed that beautiful children are better taken care of than those not so beautiful ones. What a shame. For me, I don't know who I'd give it to. Probably to the one who needs it more. I'm not a pretty one my self, so I have a feeling that if I were one of those girls, I wouldn't get the pen.

That is really unfair, but that it life and that practice/prejudice has been going on for centuries.. I saw a documentation once about this study and I felt really sad for the not so pretty girl..she got rejected a lot.

give that pen to a girl near at the host, and the other girl that never receives it should understand the situation, and if she can't understand that the pen is just only one, then it's her problem. bear in mind that the universal law never said that whomever is the nearest to the host is the one who receive that pen, but, both of the girls should understand and they should accept and they should understand if that pen is not let lend to either one of them; especially if the pen is not lend to the nearest girl.

That guy who said he'd give the pen to the not so pretty one is a gentleman. If I were to choose, I will choose whoever asked em first. Surely they won't be asking me at the same time, at the same second. Surely, there is one girl who asks first. I won't base with the looks but with the time it was asked.

Seriously, the chance of that happening is really low so I don't think I would be in such a dilemma any time soon. However, if by some freaking chance it happens, I'll give it to the one closest to me (yeah, I'm that lazy)

I would go for the voice of my heart, I will give it to the one I like, not for the looks, but the way I was asked to give the pen, the type of request.

Well, on a speech I would feel like to work, even a bit of fantasy. To me, no matter who asks me a pen, or maybe one other thing that might help her. If I can do someone a favor, do it willingly and voluntarily. I will not stop, without a doubt the "beauty" of the person. If 2 people simultaneously I were asked the pen, before the lent to a, and subsequently, also to the other.

I will give the pen to the one who asked first , that will be a fear thing to do. Or if you feel atracted to any of them , you can choose , and not exactly the pretty one. Doesnt matter how the person looks. Have a good day.

Since u have only 1 pen u should keep it with u. Don't give it to any1 of them coz 1 may feel bad about u.

This is a interesting question. Let me also give this question a special analysis. Pretty girls are usually be surrounded by admirers. That girl may think that everyone "should" notice her respect her or even love her. But she is not being serious with those who admires her, she just wanna "play". If there's a person who seems not being attracted by her or acting cold against her, she may pay more attention on that boy because she wants everyone to notice her. And the most interesting thing is that the boy who act cool will always be the one with the girl in the end. SO....I would lend the pen to the no so pretty girl and acting ignoring the prettier one. There's another story like this: A little boy was asked to choose a coin between one dollar and ten dollars. Strangely, he always choose the one dollar coin. No matter how much time people give him this test, he would never change his mind. Why? Because if he chooses the ten dollar, no one will test him anymore. But if he take the one dollar, he can be asked sooooo much times. 1*100 is bigger than 10*1. He's so smart, isn't he?
