Which is better, Open DNS or Google DNS?

Hello there people! I am fund of surfing the net and it has become one of my hobbies. Unfortunately our internet connection is quite slow. I have search the net to find out ways to speed it up and I came to a site that says about Open DNS and Google DNS. They say that changing some type of setting like these DNS would significantly increase internet speed? But my question is, which one is better?
