About a year ago Iended up going to a chiropractor (chiro later in post) Had shooting pains on left side like electric shocks.
Through xrays and the Chiro found out I had a rib in my back and shoulder out of place well he got that fixed ok so then riht side started the sharp electirc like shocks got tired of talking in ugh ugh huh huh ugh ugh.
annoying!
Wel l the Chrio would put things in place but wasnt stoping the pains So he said go to primary See whatt hey think so the last 2 months I have beengoinng Blood work 2 different Ctscans last one where I had to drink that smoothie.
That CTscan was took SUnday
They found something on first one dont know what but on LEFT side not RIGHT side where pains are hitting.
Lab tech said something floating around on the left side hmmmmmmmmm
Well I went into my records and read about the last Ctscan with dye.
and now I know that they are going to order me a MRI.
Why cant they figure out what is in there with what they have already done and why cant the tell me about the sharp pains strating on right side works around to the front or back.
Are they doin all this just for the money or they just cant pin pint what is wrong? watch when they do the MIR they will then send my for a biopcy. Whatt o bet????

Personally anymore I think they always do all these Tests just for our own good even though it does become quite annoying and the worst part is when you are seeing so many different type of doctors it seems like everyone wants to repeat everything just to make sure they get it right. Even when they have all your Medical records in front of them, they continue to ask questions until you want to scream. Hope they are able to find out why you're having this pain like this, and everything will be alright.

Praying for you my friend, and hope that they are able to find what is causing this. I know myself when it takes forever it can be annoying, but in the end it all hopefully will be for the Best.

Well the last ctscan with dye didnt do good either so now have to have an MRI got to get that set up and also DOc has ordered a chest ctscan I get that done the 13th So after all this gets done have to go back to the PRimary for results so this might take another month to get figured out WHat gets me they found all this other stuff but think I pulled muscles on my right side when I sneezed hard that time about 2 months ago.
So I stay on the pain pills when needed hope that stops soon and my side heals itself!

That sounds like a mystery. Sorry you have to go through all this..
If I want to know what's wrong with me, I hope there is a skilled homeopath around.
They most times can diagnose all the body and I don't need to go and check all parts on different visits..
I hope you find some help soon. Maybe there is another chiro nearby who can find out more - wish you better health..

Hi, Lakota - I hope you are getting better.. I just read how healthy it is to stand or walk barefoot on the grass or anywhere on the ground with direct contact with Planet Earth.. It has to do with the negative electricity our planet is loaded with, and that can help the body to heal, as we often have the wrong electric balance in our body.
If you make a search with grounding+health, you might find a lot of info online..
Well..back to the nature..

Have you tried seeing an orthopedic doctor, instead? They may have more experience with pains involving our bones. I also have back pains, once in awhile. I've never gone to a chiropractor, although, I've thought of doing so.

Whether we like it or not, medicine is a game where they have to constantly try things and elimnate them in order to figure out what is wrong. 'Crossover' pains are very common actually in the body so you can be certain of that. If the dr.s are ordering all those tests, it is because they need to eliminate some things they think it is, or narrow it down to find your diagnosis. They are not just going to order it for the money...they know they are expesnive tests and they don't order it unless they think something is going on. Go through the tests and figure out what it going on to help your pains.
