This is a discussion amongst people sharing the same interest from various walks of life and different races sharing their day in the life of... No one day is the same. No matter how minute the difference maybe, each day should be faced with renewed hope and vigor and be prepared to share it to the world!!!

I do pretty much the same things every day, but I don't mind telling you about it anyway. I get up at 6 o clock in the morning and then exercise until 7. I then have my breakfast and get dressed and begin work at 8. I work until 12 and then have an hour for lunch. Sometimes I will eat and relax, and sometimes I will go for a run first and then just eat for half an hour. After that I will work until 5, and then make dinner and then from 7 I have time to relax and spend time with my family, which is something that I really enjoy doing.

A day in the life of every person living here on Earth.Each day is another event we do not know what will be the cause, is it too much joy or too much tears its a matter of how you deal the life that you have. Although stress is a part of human lives and sickness but we must face it with strength and courage, not giving up..
This is our chance to show that we really value the life and the path we chose.
