Is this even possible to tattoo onto skin?

I really want a quote, surrounded by twinkle lights, looking very much like the image I've attached. However, is it possible to tattoo this effect on skin, without looking like a splotchy mess?

well it would be possible, but it would probably not look very good. it would just look like the typography surrounded by dots of various monochromatic colors. your best bet is to just get the typography, inside a design of some sort or just get the typography. i would go to a tattoo artist and ask if it was possible to do, but they may say the same thing. id still double check tho if you are really stuck on that idea.
