I have a friend who once told me that memory is not powerful. For life continues and we keep meeting new people and our value of life will be changed if the situation changes. What do you think of this?Though i'm a girl that always think about the past.I have to really face the music.New things ahead of us are always beautfiul.

Nothing is constant except change, so they say. But it doesn't mean that we have to forget the past altogether, because the past helped us in what we are now. There maybe mistakes but we learned from them and tried avoiding them in the future again.
Though, we always have to move on with our life, and learn how to cope up with the changes , because change is always constant and it somewhat help us to adopt with whatever comes into our life.

Of course life situations always change but it is us who also change in light of our past situations. We have to move on from the past but also learn from the mistakes we have made.

Sorry but I can't really understand what you mean.Memory and value of life are two different thing, and both are not really can affect each other.Value of life changing from time to time just like we have notebook yesterday and now we all crazy about Ipad but having an Ipad in our life never change the memory of when we used notebook, maybe we'll forget about the first time feeling and experience.

its not bad to look and go back to your past. it somehow reminds you of your mistakes that you need to get it right this time. however we should not dwell in the past because as you say, new things are ahead of us which are always beautiful. God has plans for us and our past is just part of the life we have right now.

Memory is not powerful, but the memories remain forever and have power. The experiences are memories to ponder. These experiences can teach us as we go on with our lives. We may forget the past, but have learned from it. things may come and go, maybe remembered and forgotten, but what you have learned remains.
