How to manage a headache?

April 27, 2012 6:11am CST
I frequently get headaches specially at times when I am stressed, when the temperature is too hot, and when I am very worried about something. I have taken some pills but someone told me that after taking pills every time I get headaches, I will just developed tolerance of the drug. Therefore I will need a higher dose next time I take it which is bad I think. Please suggest alternative ways to manage this pain in my head.

According to knowledge and my view point never have pills for simple things like headache. Having lot of pills will cause to many other diseases. From my neighbors experience, He was a person who was using a lot of pills for simple diseases like head ache and fever. Having such continuous pills caused to to kidney failure. So I don't allow my family members or my friends not to have such pills for simple diseases. So I ask you too to not have such pills. Control such headache by having hot tea or coffee . By having it you will have relief from it. Also avoid the use of computers and TV to certain extend also try to stay away from tensions. This will surely help you to get rid from head ache.

I will try to lessen the time I spend in front of my computer. Maybe that is also a factor in my headaches. For the pills, I stopped taking them because the doctor advice my to do so. Thank you for elaborating your tips. It helped me well.
