I got a suprise phone call :)

That is wonderful that your mom has made it back to the US for good. Congratulations! My day has been alright so far, no real ups or downs yet. Was thinking about starting a slow cooker meal for dinner tonight to save some money.

wow that is great news. i know you haven't spoken to each other and i am glad that you finally have. and plus you are doing great at work. for me, i am not comfortable at work. i work as a volunteer nurse and no pay. i don't even think i am going to stay long there but i am just glad i can have some experience.

I have also 2 callers today one from my friend form the US we talked to much on the phone for almost 3hours. And one from my friend here. Were talking about our next year 25th grand reunion, actually they disturbed my mylotting time . But it's okay I will catch up this evening.

Glad to hear about the phone call. That must have been just wonderful. Busy is good. And hearing positive things from your boss and your customers must make you feelings sore. How great! My day? My grandson was being defiant. Isn't doing his homework. In a second. No not yet. Blah blah blah. So tired of it. Now they have gone to bed. Thank goodness. I am so tired of it.

That is great to hear that your mother is home and that she is staying for good. I know that getting some news like that would be something that I would be really, really excited about. With that said, my day has just been a pretty much average day so far. There is really nothing going on, my daughter is at school and my son is messing around on the other computer. Of course, Paul did lose his first tooth today, so that is something that is kind of exciting.

I'm glad to hear that your day went so well. And I'm glad that you and your mother have been able to get over the hurdle that you faced. Today my day has been pretty smooth. Which I'm thankful for as the week was very busy and I had a lot of deadlines to meet. So I'm glad things have calmed down. I have been looking forward to this time of the week.

pretty dang good. my son cleaned the dust out of my computer and worked on the heat/cooling unit in it and now you cant hear a sound! im very happy especially with my son.

That's wonderful! I am so glad to hear you and your mother are making amends. I think that the relationship between a mom and daughter is one of the most fulfilling there is. I have not had the pleasure of having a relationship with my own mother but I have a very good relationship with my own daughters. I cherish that.

Fantastic laken02! Mine is real too busy too, went to visit my aunt, process my papers for my teaching stuff, went to meet an agent for a house acquisition, and finish reports for my work...tough day! But thank God again, I made it through... :)

wow sounds like you did have a great day. congrats on the phone call from your mom i am sure that made you really happy :) my day has actually been a very long day....i did not sleep at all last night because i was at my grandmas and she ended up going to the hospital because she was having trouble breathing. they did some tests and they gave her breathing treatments and now she is doing way better so she went home last night she was never omitted :D but we didnt leave there until after 4:00 am then we went and filled her perscriptions and then got some breakfast. by the time we did all that it was after 5:00 am when we got her in her hosue and settled eating breakfast. there was no point in going to sleep since i had to get home to make sure my husband was awake so he could get ready to leave. i got about 15-20 min of a nap before he left but the kids were awake so i had to get up. then i swept and mopped the floors. my husbands mom took my oldest daughter for the day and they went and picked strawberries and she had a great time. i cleaned a little more then since my youngest took a nap then i layed down and got about 30 min to an hour nap. had some errands to run when my hubby got home and now i am mylotting for a while but definately going to try to go to bed early because yesturday morning i was up really early going to help my grandma out so i am very worn out lol. so glad it is the weekend. then back at grandmas on sunday.
