Haven't done much of anything today

I'm usually on my computer all day and all evening long. I have written 66 articles now for Knoji and I'm up over $131 there, just a few cents away from 132. Yesterday I worked all day working in my closet. I junked my old printer that is about 7 years old. I junked a lot of stuff that I haven't used in years. I found some books that I hadn't read. I packed some of them and I'm reading one now. Wow! It's good. It's called Dead Sleep by Greg Iles. I've read a good part of the day. I wrote one article. And now I have mylotted about all that I can do for one day. I'm fixing to go to bed and read some more. What has your day been like today? I'll probably answer you all from my iphone. I'll put my little laptop up for the night. So let's hear what you all have been up to today!

it is good to take a break. I have been doing abit of writing and sleeping lol, oh yes one of my published articles today shows the history of conversion disorder, you might be interested. I planned on doing all the psychiatric disorders as time goes by but there are just so many of them. I will be getting to anxiety disorders eventually.

I puttered a bit in my garden. Planted some carrots, beets, parsnips, scarlet runner beans, hollyhocks and sweet william. Oh, and a few peas. One is already coming up from my previous planting, and the radishes are up about 1". Then my allergies kicked in, so I took some meds for that and had a nice long nap and cuddle with Harmony on the couch.

Awesome! You had a busy day. I wish we had a garden. We are moving, but we won't be having a garden, I'm sure. The place is one of those beauty spots with azaleas and dog wood trees. Family owns the house.. we will be renting until we buy it. A family member bought it at a fantastic price. I doubt she will want us planting a garden.

You could always grow some tomatoes in pots on the patio or that upside down hanging thing...

Hey PQ! Haven't you been a busy little "bee"!I wish I was just a bit more motivated. I have been doing some "spring cleaning" too. I cleaned out two closets this week and did get rid of some stuff, but sadly have much more stuff to make myself throw out. I got rid of my Christmas Tree which was kind of difficult because it really was a beautiful full tree. But, I haven't put it up in over 8 years (since I got the cats I have now)because they would have been hanging from the top! Now I am getting older and it is just too much work! I have no kids so I just put up a tiny one. Today I am just doing a bit of mylotting and taking it easy while my bf is out with his grands!

I'm the same way as your family!lol I try to "hide" whatever I'm throwing out too! I don't want my neighbors to know what I'm throwing out either. I threw out a perfectly great Christmas Tree, but put the important piece to connect it in a separate bag. I know that probably was mean, but I just didn't want anyone to have my tree! It was too special to me. I put chairs out once and my upstairs neighbors took them and I didn't know they had them until they moved and put them out in the trash. That really bothered me!

Hi Opal! Spring cleaning takes a lot out of ya! I threw out a LOT of stuff.. The printer would have worked if someone could get the driver from online, but I wasn't about to just leave it out on top of the trash bin... it would make us look like I don't know what. So I just trashed it. My family is very picky about not putting stuff out for people to pick through... it just doesn't look good, according to them..lol. I'm about all ready to move except for packing the stuff in my drawers.. my clothes. I can just bag them up in garbage bags and move them.

Hi dear PQ you have done a lot recently and I hope you also get some rest here and there. I have tried to catch up getting that much needed sleep. As I am a nightowl and was online till 3 am or so from Fri to Sat and also from Sat to today I slept in till 10 am then did some more online. When my husband will be away for his self help group I hope to catch up on snail mail which I have neglected far too long. No additional sleep for me this afternoon or evening as it would ruin the night sleep and tomorrow is a workday. However this following work week will be shorter as Tuesday May 1st is a public holiday here.

Bless your heart Ritter! You do have so much to do. I don't do any snail mail. That is something from the past for me... except occasionally when I can afford to buy stamps and cards to send them out. I usually just send ecards and emails. I really commend you for keeping up with snail mail. Letter writing by hand is getting to be a lost art anymore.

hi dear PQ I love writing my snail mail when I have the time. Have collected lots of nice stationary over the years and go on collecting when I find something nice. I personally dont find an e card or e mail less personal than snail mail, its the thought that counts and not the outward form of the mail. But there are several friends who dont have computer access soooo if I want to stay in touch its per snail mail. Like one of my old bosses. Got to write to him urgently. Hope I can do it tomorrow as May 1st is a public holiday over here.

Nothing exciting for the day. Just a lot of articles to write for the boss. I wanted to write around 10 for the day since the weather was terribly hot but the boss insisted on 15 so I had to stay in front of the computer for a few more hours. I have reached more or less 195 articles before the cut-off and I guess I still have to complete around 30 articles to get some good earnings. Haven't done much reading lately because almost all my time is now involved in work. Just cleaned the house for the day while waiting for the boss to give the keywords to write about. I bet he is still sleeping since there isn't any word yet.

I used to do ghostwriting. It was very demanding. I would sometimes get 60 articles to do in 15 days. I thought that was rough.. you have it rougher i think. It was pretty good money back then, but I wouldn't want to do it now. Now I write what I want to write about. You are doing great to get that many articles done in a day. I have gotten 10 done in a day before, but it was rough. I'm good to get 5 done now.. and that's only on a good day.

Monday and Friday I have merchandising calls in my town and a nearby town. Hubby was scheduled to do a product demo in the other town so I planned to do some shopping and then I gave platelets this evening. While doing the donation we had tornado sirens, and I started a new library book. I have entered my data, and I am prepared for my turn to do a demo tomorrow. Right now I want to go to bed and read as well.

I stayed up way too late reading last night. I still did not quite finish the book, but finished it before I got around and got dressed this morning. Did a product demo myself today and I am just worn our from yesterday and today and the blood donation. I have some data to phone in and then I am going upstairs, after a shower.

Wow! You all have been busy. I'm reading some books that were given to me and have never read. I love this one that I'm reading. There is also a Sidney Sheldon book that I have that I want to read too.

Hi PQ, I saw your discussion early this morning, and I intend it to leave it first because I still don't have answer, I almost woke up. And now it is already 5pm here. I was in the computer after my breakfast when one of my friend in the US called me and we talked almost 3 hours on the phone. Hmmm after that I prepared our lunch as my everyday routine. I have a little sinus head ache after I cooked our lunch my internet connection lost again so I decided to take a nap for my head ache. When my daughter calling for lunch I woke up and sat again here when another caller called me. I done nothing to mylot since I have to make a little cent to make a payout this month. So after that call I told my self I hope no one will disturbed me this time.

You have a big responsibility with a child. I have days like that when I can't seem to get everything I want done. I hate losing internet connection. I have an air card if the house internet fails, so that is a back up.

Just go to knoji.com and sign up. You will have to be approved by the editors for 10 consecutive articles to be able to publish on your own, but you still get paid. That's not a lot of money for 66 articles, but it does help me.

I went to physical therapy for the first time. This is for my left shoulder, the one my SUV's hatch came down on HARD about 6 months ago. I have all kinds of issues going on in my shoulder and now have a frozen scapula. I also took a a huge load of stuff to Goodwill. I've been going through all my stuff to get rid of as much as I can. After that, I took my son to where he lived with my other son so he could pack up more stuff to move in here. He just recently made the move because it's much more convenient for everyone if he lives here. Well, everyone except my husband who has already barracaded himself in his bedroom for the duration of my son's stay. (As you know, my husband is a complete a$$ and doesn't want me to have anyone here at our house.) I'm getting ready to help my son get his high school diplima. I'm helping because he has ADHD pretty severely and I was told by the Board of Education that the GED program is not set up to help people with learning problems (and they're the people who need the most help! I despise our government). Anyway, my son is here so I can help him every day (home schooling) without having to use a lot of gas to get to and from his brother's house every day. In exchange, my son is helping me around here to do things my husband keeps promising but never does. And, my oldest son gets to have that room free for his growing family. With a new baby on the way, he's finding out just how much those tiny people need. lol So, all in all, it was a very productive day for me yesterday, despite my sore shoulder. Congrats on your articles! Keep writing and I hope your move goes as smoothly as possible.

Bless yours and your son's heart. Shame on your husband for being so mean. I hope that his temperament won't bother your son too much. Kids can tell when they aren't wanted. I'm glad to hear that you will be helping your son study for his GED. My daughter is 41 and has learning problems. I wish I could get her to study a bit for her GED. She is embarrassed because she would have to go back to 3rd grade level for math and probably reading. She can read well, but she can't spell worth a flip.

I can't tell you how to write articles. You have to have perfect or near perfect English grammar and sentence structure. It's hard work to write enough to make significant money, but since I'm home all day anyway it's what I do.

Hmmmm, let's see, what did I do today. Not all that much of anything really. I showered, had my morning coffee with my laptop. Played on facebook and mylot for a while then went to Curves to do my workout. Got gas for my car on the way, which set me back with today's prices but no worries, yesterday was payday. Came home, had lunch, played on the computer again and went to work 3-11 at the nursing home I work at. Met my husband for my supper break (he works days I work evenings so we always meet for my supper) and now I am home from work, playing on the computer again. Exciting eh? lol

No, we don't work at the same place. He works days and I work evenings so he is home from work by the time I get my supper break. We either go to some fast food place or I tell him what time I can be home on my break and he cooks for me.

Wow! It sounds like you had a great and wonderful day today. Your bubble bath sounds inviting. I can't wait to get into my new house. I have a bathtub instead of a stall shower like we have now. I'll have my own bathroom. I have artificial knees (implants) so I don't know if I can get down in the tub or not. I really want to but I'm afraid I might not be able to turn around and get on my knees to get up. I can't just stand up from sitting down. I want to have some nice bubble bath too and enjoy a nightly bath. I'm so happy to hear that everything is going so well for you.
