Men Are Visual, So Are Women

i have always heard that men are more visual when it come to sexuality. i know this has to be somewhat true, but i think women are just as visual as men. i think that expression came about because men's egos can't handle the fact that their not the only man in the world. they expect us to accept that there is more than one man in the world. heterosexuality wouldn't exist if women could not be attracted physically to men. what do you think ladies, are you visually stimulated. if so, what turns you on. this could be for some men, too.

i think it depends because some men and women have the same preference when it comes to that. but also i think it is more on men that they are more visual and get turned on right away because of what they see. with some girls, you still have to stimulate them by telling them this and that because they can get carried away by whatever they hear.... (some).

i see some of your point. on the other hand, if an ugly guy paid me a complement, no, i don't get turned on. i don't care what he says or does.

no, i am not more on the looks. i am just saying that the two has to go hand in hand. if there is no chemistry then it's just a friendship. you can't only have beauty on the outside. you have to have beauty on the inside as well.

exactly. women are the first one to comment on if an guys is ugly or not. if a guys is ugly to a girl, she will comment even faster than a guy will about an ugly girl.

I'm somewhat torn....Sometimes it is visual but for me, a lot of the time it's getting to know a man first. There are so many times I have liked a guy after I got to know him, when at first, if I would have just picked based on looks without getting to know him, he would not have been a choice. For me, good looks are just an extra, but if I like you as a person then I'll find you attractive on the inside and out.

i agree. i also think there are many men who feel the same way. i just don't think that woman are incapable of being physically attracted to men.

From what I've heard men are more stimulated by what they see, while women are more stimulated by what they hear and feel. The girls that I talked to, including my gf said the same thing.
They also said that they can be attracted to a man, and they have to like what they see, but it's not as important as the way he is. If they want a serious relationship which most of the girls I've met do, they look for character in a guy, not just looks.

well see, i think the same thing goes for men. they, too, want someone who has a good character if they want a serious relationship. i think both men and women actually want the same thing. i get turned on by men, too.
