How do people earn so much on gomezpeer?

I have a question... some people consistently earn $45 every month on gomezpeer. Ignoring those who own an internet cafe, how do normal people like you and me can get so much in one month?
I read a couple of threads where people get around $15 bucks every month, but they didn't tell me how they manage to get so much.
I know that some people cheat, but they ave picked up on it and they all have been banned.
So.... are there any other ways to earn more on gomezpeer?

I am a membere there! It's all depends how active referals someone bring in and amount unit program is sending to activated member PC!
If members are cheating then they pay the price!
That's is to it!

Are you saying that people consistently get 45+ referrals EVERY MONTH, where nearly ALL of their referrals get activated?
As far as I know the activation process takes forever, and even if you do refer 100 people, not one of them may get activated, so you won't get that $1.

I'm saying that at all as we know activation is a pain to few contries! It depends how much of them activated!
You're asking how can earn?
You can earn by having program in multiple windows systems even through different connections!
As of matter of fact, I am running software on 2 PC at home, one having my ip connection and the other one on my work network!
Therefore, by having two or more connections at home increases earning!
I hope this answer your question!

Sorry, I meant to say, it impossible to get 45 referals. The rest of above reply follows.

Actually, USA have pretty bad rates. Those in canada and aus gets the most. But even so, what I am trying to point out is that people who live in china and have bad rates also get the full max payout.

Haha, the chinese are funny. :P Yeah well, I have a feeling that the proxies would be blocked too... no idea where you got that from, but I have to say that the chinese always have a way of getting around the rules.
Really.

I would like to know that as well, as I am just earning pennies. I am still pending, though, and I think that you earn more when you become a regular. I also know that you can get referrals.

I just got activated yesterday morning. :P But it's not true that you earn more. And I highly doubt that it's referrals - theses people earn a consistent $45 every month, and unless they manage to convince 45 people (thats more than one a day) to sign up, AND these people also get activated (unlikely since it takes a long time), they won't get the $45 dollars.

It took around 2 weeks, like they said, though I think it's because I used up my bandwidth, so my internet connection is slow, which is why they activated me.
Theres a rumour going on somewhere that they would activate you if you have slow internet.
I guess I was lucky.

I'm not using GomezPeer, but I can guess they probably earn that much because they have a lot of referrals? It's the only explanation I find since I think it's very hard to reach that amount in one month on GomezPeer even if you let the computer turned on 24 hours the 7 days.

$15 may be reachable but $45 seems impossible. Maybe they were lying just to impress people and make these join as their referrals? That wouldn't surprise me, to be honest.

They are not lying... it's on the gomezpeersite, where they have a leaderboard that says who earned the most each month and all time. The highest earner has earned $3000+ and consistently gets the max $45 every month.

I have posted why I don't think this is the case above, and plus, even if they did own an internet cafe, I think they would need a lot of computers... say you earn $0.05 a day, in one month you'll get $1.5, so you'll need 30 computers to reach that amount of money....
I'm not sure how many computers internet cafes have, but not all of the know about gomez and I know for a fact that there are some who do get that much without installing on lots of computers.
