I always wonder how to make a girl happy. What are the things girls look in a boy or a lover or a husband?

Every women is different and wants different things out of a partner. Me I was looking for someone that isn't me. I couldn't stand being with someone that reminds me or me. I wanted someone that would fight and challenge me and that is what I got. Me and my husband we don't always see eye to eye which is okay because we do love and enjoy each other. I like the fact that we don't like or love the doing the same things that we have differences. But as much as there is differences we do have similarities.
I wanted a guy that would make me smile and laugh, drive me crazy some times. A good man to be with and have kids with and all that I wanted I found in my husband.

I didn't say I like the sound of a guy laugh or smile. I said for me I need a guy that could make me laugh and smile and that is what I have.

I don't know what are the things but, I think if you fall in love with the one who pushes your heart sometimes it doesn't matter what are the qualification you are looking for. Of course as much as possible you want to have a Bf/gf that are perfect but every person has it's own characteristics and you can't choose if the person who loves you don't have the one that you are looking for.

I seldom hear that is what men want. It seldom show also. Perhaps because men and women think different and it's hard to communicate at all. I think most women want to be taken seriously and not only be accepted/wanted because of their looks. Also they do want quality time, attention, been seen as an individual, taken seriously, feel they are loved. It has to be showed. If you have to ask for it and get a respons like: you know I love you, it's not enough.

it is always hard to tell what every girl wants in a man because every girl looks for something a little diffrent in diffrent people.
i am married now but i have a husband who is sweet and caring and he always tries to help me when he can. he will do whatever it takes to protect me :) he really knows how to treat a girl :)
there are a lot of small things that i look for in a guy but those are a few of the things i have found in my husband. since i am married it is a little harder for me to say "what i look for" but no one usually finds the person they are looking for but something that is close enough and someone that will make them happy for their whole life :)
hope this helps atleast a little bit.
is there anything that you look for specifically in a girl?

also the person needs trust :) that should be a number 1 thing that you look for in a girl. if you can not trust them then i do not think the relationship will go far but i could be wrong but that is just my opinion :)
i understand that and to me that is the best person to look for :)

Everybody will be looking for different things from their relationship depending very much on what stage of their life they happen to be at when they're looking for that new partner. For me at the moment I want stability. If I was looking for a partner, it would have to be somebody who had a job and their own car so that I would not be the one who had to do all of the driving. They would also have to want children, as this is something that I am wanting to do in the next couple of years. If somebody had the same kind of life plan as me, I see no reason to rule them out at this stage.
