Do you think that PTC sites suffer...

Maybe they suffer because they lose all these members who can't cash out to other payment processors, some may move to AlertPay or other processor but some just have no other choice that leaving. About MBC, I'm not sure what will happen, I've been told that PayPal sometimes takes arround a month to review documents and this is normal. However, the lack of information on the MBC news worries me a bit. I'm calm and patient for now, if there are no news about PayPal status in one or two more weeks, then I'll have no other choice that cashing out to AlertPay. If I cash out to AP, I can only use money for purchases and most of the sites where I'm interested on purchasing requieres verified AlertPay, which I can't verify for now. So if PayPal is gone everything will be harder for me but I think the site will keep being legit and the reason I'm having that much patience is because I turst them.

I really hope that it still can payout through paypal...

I think another reason is when there are a large amount of charge backs, members buy referrals, upgrades and things like that and suddenly decide it's not for them or suspect a scam, they file disputes that paypal allows up to 45 days from the time the transaction was closed or paid.
