i am learning to how to cope well with the hot weather. i just usually take more quick shower more often now. like i will take about 2 to 3 times a day. which i think is advisable to do so that you won't get sick because of the hot weather. there are some disease that would suffer with when your body is exposed to so much heat. i have heard or learned from some one that one member of his family had this boils on the legs or somewhere because of the hot weather.it was disgusting actually to learn of this disease.

Aside from taking showers you should also drink more fluids especially water in order not to be dehydrated. You should wear comfortable clothes and you should also bring a cap or an umbrella to somehow shade you. Wearing sunglasses are also advisable. Because I find our eyes very sensitive that's why we should also protect them. Lastly we must put on sunscreen lotion or products in order to protect our skin from the sun's radiation. Sun burn might get serious and may lead to skin cancer.
Take care!

Whoah! I don't think I'd ever get used to the hot weather. I am so glad that summer is almost out and that it's rainy these days in my area. I couldn't take the heat anymore and I think our electric and water bills are soaring!
I am really glad that it's rainy today. Now I can just do what I want without sweating all over. I just love these gloomy rainy Mondays! hhehee..
Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

I live in a pretty hot country myself as well. In the summer we get above 40 celsius degrees pretty often.Apart from showers and drinking a lot of water, it is highly advisable to stay inside during the day, especially at noon time. I try to always avoid getting out of the house between 12:00-18:00, cause it's a living hell. Not only is it difficult to cope with the heat, it's also very bad for your health.

Summer is the time of developing more and more number of diseases. The sun is very hot during these days. This makes the water bodies to get dried leading to the shortage of water. So the people tried to collect water from the rivers and ponds, which may be polluted causing to the new born diseases.
So it is very important to note that we people are having fresh boiled water fro drinking and make sure that we people are having regular bath to stay away from sun's heat.

Hello there hotsummer. It's nice to know that your are coping well with your place's weather. You are right that there are diseases that could develop when the body is exposed in high temperatures. One simple example is dehydration. Your body needs fluids more in hot summer days in order to compensate to the temperature. This is the reason why most medical specialists would typically advice people to drink at least eight to ten glasses a day. Another problem that could arise is heat stroke, which could lead to a dreadful result if emergency medical attention is not given. Bottom line is, you should always try to keep your body temperature as normal and as comfortable as possible in order to prevent these things from happening. Remember that prevention is better than cure. Hope that helps.
