i have to use umbrella when i go out

the sun's heat is just way too much now for any one. i do see a lot of people don't use umbrella when they are walking under the sun's heat in the afternoon. but i decided i should use one if i should go out as i do perspire a lot. although i don't go out during that time but there are times i would need to. so as to protect my self from the effect of too much exposure to sun's heat.
