My understanding is that if we experience a cardio workout for at least 20 minutes we reap the benefits of doing so.
It's one way to strengthen our heart.

I think yes. I exercise for 30 minutes 5 times a week.
I think it is good enough. I feel that I am healthy
and fit because of it. I do 5 sets of cardio, bicycle crunches,
bicep curls, and kickbacks. It helps a lot to maintain my figure.

No! I don't do bodybuilding. I only want to maintain the slimness
of my arms and abs and the tightness of my butt. But it's not
bodybuilding. This is what bodybuilding looks like. Ew.

I think the exercise that you have mentioned are strenuous one.
If i am not mistaken the exercise you are doing is more of body building as you have mentioned that you are maintaining your figure.

Exercise is good. Even if it's only 30 minutes. When you sweat you are already burning extra calories and fats. A 30-minute jogging can already waken your muscles and improve blood circulations in your body. And what I've mentioned are all good for the health.

Experts say that everyone should take part in this amount of exercise each day, and I have to say that the benefits of just taking thirty minutes out of your schedule every day is astonishing. I first started exercising last January, and since starting it, I have found that I feel a lot better about everything in my life and I seem to have a lot more energy. Your body will start to work a lot better, and in the end you will enjoy a longer and happier life because of this. It is certainly worth just that little bit of extra effort each and every day.

I do believe that exercise will somehow gives you more energy. And doing exercise everyday, seems that you could do anything as if all your physical work seems to be light and you could move freely.

I am aware that exercise is good for health, providing we do what we should. Many people overexercise or do some exercises that are not apropiate for their age and health. But even a good walk every day will help out.

Age is a factor, but health is another one. I could not walk for 30 minutes now and haven´t been able to do it since I had chemo. But I´m better (as energy goes) than what I was some months ago. If you are young and healthy, you can do more excersice. But if you go to a resonable place to do your exercise, there will be an instructor who will check what you can do safely.

I see what you are trying to impart is that if you are young you could do strenous exercise but if you are old enough you could do even a brisk walking for about 3o minutes or so in a day, is that right.

It is sure that regular exercise help each and every one more healthy. If you have 30 minutes to spent for the exercises the spent perfect 30 minutes for it. Give the best efforts in such a small period of time. Then it will be more effervescent.
I wish you can do swimming. This will help you to get fit.

I like swimming and this can burn lots of calories too. But the issue is, you ought to have a pool for you to do swimming daily in your life.

Moderately strenuous exercise, about 30 minutes a day, can lead to enormous benefits in terms of your mood, health, weight and the ability to live an independent and fulfilling life. The exercise doesn’t need to be athletic or difficult. Studies have shown that simply walking at a brisk pace for 30 minutes or more on most days can lead to significant health improvements. Add simple strengthening exercises two or three times a week and the benefits are even greater.
