I am a horror movie fan. I would love it if you guys have any foreign (non-us) horror movies to suggest to me, especially new ones from 2010 and later. US films tend to be too predictable, and most times the show stuff to approach people of all ages, so as to get larger views. European movies like martyrs, rec, haute tension are a lot more disturbing and creative. Would love it if you have any relatively new foreign movies to suggest to me. Keep in mind that I havent watched too many asian horror movies (even though i had my share with them), however I wish to explore them as well. Movies like shutter, odishon and gwemul made me really good impression!

I thought that Attack the Block was a fantastic recent horror film--not too scary but some great action, really cool monsters and at times laugh-out-loud funny.
I've heard great things about the original Let the Right One In, but haven't seen it yet myself.
Funny Games might annoy the hell out of you, as it does with a lot of audiences, but it's like a candy shop for a serious meta-film lover. I actually think the American remake is a little better than the European original--it's a shot-for-shot remake by the same director, so you're getting much the same thing either way. Actually, I really think you should check this out if you're tired of the same old thing.
If you're willing to give US films another chance and don't mind random, brutal gore, also try Drag Me to Hell. Definitely a different experience than the typical horror film.
COmment if you want me to go into more detail on any of those, because otherwise I'll just ramble on for hours.

I was completely unaware of attack the block! I'll put it top on my "to-watch" list! Thanks a lot, reviews certainly look interesting. As regarding drag me to hell, I 've already seen the movie and i gotta say it rocks. Its director is sam raimi who is definetely a legend in the genre. Maybe i exagerated a little, i didn't really mean all the us movies are crap,:P I just find a better percentage of good films outside the states.

Yeah definetely! It's also quite amazing how he can always blend comedy elements in his horror stuff. Unlike most horror-comedies, the funny moments in raimi's movies happen at the least expected time.
