Is it My Phone or my phone service provider...

Its been two days that I can't even send text or even make an outgoing or receive a call I was just wondering though, I paid my bills this month and I have no balance at all, My Phone is working very good and it has signal, I am confuse now, have you guys experienced like what I did now?

I haven't experienced that yet, but I have heard some friends of mine who did. If your phone is working and is fine, maybe it has something to do with your service provider. Try calling their customer service and I'm sure they'll help you with that.

Thank you very much, but I can't even contact them, the best thing I can do is Visit them personally.

whenever im in the philippines i always experienced that too and for me i got that problem from my provider but after how many hours the problem was gone maybe its because of the promos or maybe they are doing some technical support on the system

I see, but until now I still have no service for my phone I just don't know why, if this will continue tomorrow I will visit their office and ask about for this matter.
