dear friends how to transfer money from alertpay to liberty reserve? can we do it directly?If we need an exchanger who is the best with low fees?

Hi DHADHU128, you cannot transfer funds directly from one processor to another.To get exchanged you have to seek the service of an exchanger site.You can have the authorized exchanger site from the pay processor site itself.Another method, request to your friend having accounts in both the pay processors.
