banana help me loose weight

When i started eating banana at dinner, for 10 days i loose 13 pounds. how about you? whats your secret in loosing weight?

WOW! Were your bananas fully ripe? And did you eat them before or after dinner? I may have heard bananas being called one of the weight loss super foods but never actually tried it...so i will try it now and see if it works too.

3 pieces of banana only, that's my dinner for 10days. just try maybe you will lose lbs too.

Oh I like this idea! So simple and no dishes to wash up either! Bananas are good for us too but I am curious about something else. How ripe were the bananas? Did you eat all other food for your other meals or did you cut out eating something else too?

it is ripe, good ripe maybe, newly harvest. i did not eat anything else except bananas, in dinner time only, by lunch and breakfast. normal routine, rice meals.

Wow.. that is amazing- I don't eat much bananas though..only a few times a month if my parents buy it. I hear banana has lots of health benefits though.. Are you eating just banana? Or are you making it your dessert?

i am eating 3 bananas for my dinner only. i do not know what health benefits actually i can get in banana, i just only knew that is rich in potassium for stronger bones.

I have tried this technique before, I only eat banana for lunch or sometimes, dinner and it truly worked! Though for me, I switch from boiled eggs, bananas and oats for my meal. No rice, no meat. Just those three for 2 weeks and i lost 7 pounds. And mind you, there' no exercise yet on that.
