linking credit card to alertpay

I have this problem with my alertpay. I've been trying to link my credit card but it doesn't work. Every time i will click "validate credit card" it will just say "validation of credit card coming soon!" i wonder why they always say that I can link my credit card to my AP but it doesn't work for me. Please help!

They are just telling you that at this moment yo cannot validate your card but you are able to use it anyway. Try to fund your account and if it does not work then you go ahead and contact support :)

Have you tried customer care yet? If don't then you should contact to them first and see if they come up with a solution.
