after reaching 100 discussion post seen a green star with a number?

hi friends,i have completed 100 discussion posts in mylot,after reaching the 100th one,a star with a number which is green in color has appeared by the side of my name,whats the star and how it will be change its color and the number,if you know about that can you guys please tell me what it is?

Well it shows how active you have been and how good your posts are.
No.You can't change the number or color of the stars manually.You will have to remain active and post quality discussions and your rank will improve and it will change.

The star does not reflect our activity. It is the result of how others have rated our posts. Stars can go up or down depending on whether we receive plus or negative ratings from others and not on how active we are.

After you reach the 100 post.Your posts will be rated.And you will be given a star according to it.
