While growing up or raising kids or simply looking at others who are raising kid- which of the genders poses more challenges to raise?
I will say male child maybe because am a male and I know how my parents always be on the watch out for me (although I did not give them much problems) so that I will be a responsible kid or man later on....which do you you think?

I'm not sure because I don't have a son, all I have are daughters. But I tink they're just the same. My three year old is as active as any boy. She is very rowdy, very hyper. She's not as timid as other children. One of my greatest challenges as a parent raising her is that when she plays with the other neighborhood children, she tends to get very angry and ends up hurting them. Well, kids don't exactly handle their anger well, and so they hurt back. And another thing is that these kids are older than my daughter. Sometimes it's sad to see her get hurt by kids older than her. I'm not sure if I should be angry at them or if I should be angry at what my daughter does. After all she starts the fight sometimes especially if she doesn't get what she wants.

i could never really say gender has something to do with it. See i have a daughter and two sons.
When my daughter was born, she was this hyper active kid who does not want to be carried at all. When she was still a baby, she could cry out loud at the top of her lungs and kept me awake the WHOLE night. She may look like angelic but boy she wasn't at all plus the tantrums she threw was really bad.
While on the other hand, when i had my middle child, i said to myself oh boy here it comes, a BOY. Must be that hyper too but well surprise suprise, the was the gentlest, he would just sleep the whole night away, he would not cry, he would just drink, eat,sit and smile..when i had my third one, another boy, i said to myself..Yey this one will be easy coz he is a boy but guess what? hehehe he was the opposite of my other baby boy see it isn't with the gender!
Now they are a little bit older, my daughter who used to be this hyper, she is an angel to me, she can feed herself, she could take a bath on her own and do stuff on her own without much of my help..and my two boys as well...
but i could not say how they will be in their teenage years..that i have to see!
