The pain of war

hello vovandat1988 Welcome to Mylot. I have seen a lot at age 18 when I left home and joined the army as a female. It was 1970 and Vietnam was not over. I was a medical specialist in the Army. While us that have been in a war whether civilians in their country or in the military. What we see happen we carry in our minds and hearts to the grave. I also went back when Desert Storm came up in Iran. My medical training benefit both civilians in the country and our troops. I don't think anyone really likes the concept of war. But when you can be swayed to someone's thinking it can be very dangerous. I never understand when human bombers that believe in their God and go into a town and blow up themselves and many people in the town. I never understood war at age 18 and I am turning 60 this year and still have to come to grips with it. Everywhere in history no matter what country or land you read about has there not been a war on the land. I just pray to never see one like the Holocaust during WWII. Here in the US they argue now in colleges if one ever exsisted. I can only pray for anyone anywhere that they have never seen what I have seen first hand at the young age of 18. And my heart goes out daily for anyone anywhere that is in the middle of all these autrosities.

War is one of the worst things that has happened to mankind. I feel that all disagreements should be worked out and fighting or going to war over it solves absolutely nothing! I live in a country that has had an ongoing civil war for over 50 years and thousands of people, innocent ones, have been killed over it. Its a sad painful event that no one, let alone an entire country, should have to endure.

Yeah, I hate war! War is so cruel, is human nature of destruction. As ordinary people, no one would war. Human peaceful co-existence is so beautiful! Let the world peace forever!
