Hug your husband every morning for a good day.

I have read somewhere recently that if you hug your husband every morning before he showers that his smell (hormones or something) will make for a better start to your day. I know that I LOVE the smell of my husband, and I am not talking about his cologne. Maybe I am a weirdo, but I enjoy his scent. I think there may be some truth to this. I don't hug my husband every morning, although I probably should, but I am willing to start my own experiment. I will hug him and breathe in his scent every other morning and see if I has a good effect on my day. Then, see if I have better days when I do hug him, then the days I don't. Has anyone heard of this before? And I know there are names for the hormones or pheromones or whatever, but I will just call it "his scent" :)

I would believe this to be true. It is good for us to hug our husbands in the morning. I'm usually still sleeping when my husband gets up but I'm sure that if I did this often my day would go better. Let me know how your experience goes.I'm interested to hear how it turns out.

So far, so good. My days have been better, and actually I think it gives us more of a sense of closeness. He has been texting me more often throughout the day, just to say hi or see how I am doing. I think it has not only helped me have a better day, but him as well. It seems like these past few days no matter what happens through the day or what I get upset about, I tend to think about him and I feel better.

I'm glad that this has made you feel better. And that it has drawn you both closer as a couple. That is what we want for our marriage. To be closer together. It is nice that he has also started communicating with you more throughout the day.
