I already said i am sorry, that was the line i usually heard from the offender.... in an up voice...
What might other say affect our action and decision, sometimes we follow them even to appear good image. Sorry is not just a word that just been said, it should be sincere and sincerity cant be find in words alone it should be with action. I am not good in math but i come with a formula SORRY+ACTION=SINCERITY...

The word "sorry" means positively nothing when there is no lessons learned and people don't have actions to back it up. Granted, if you just say "sorry" and don't mean it, I will be more offended than if you had just not even bothered to apologize at all. An empty "sorry" is the absolute worst, no questions about it whatsoever, and it kind if ruins the actual act of apology.
I do agree with the fact that actions do rather speak everything, as I can say anything that I want. However, just because I say the words, does not really mean that I mean them or really are willing to learn the lessons and do their best not to commit the act again, the word "sorry" does in fact mean less than nothing. In fact, it is borderline offensive when it is said without any sincerity, it is almost like mocking the art of apology.
