Hey guys! I was wondering about this issue that girls around me have it. Getting fit! I hear this expression a lot during the day. In some small matter I understand the need for women to feel pretty, sexy or attractive, but since when does that mean you pass on a pizza, or a burger, when spending some free time in a lunch place? I am doing all sorts of sports since I was like 6 years old. I am so through with diets and such. All I am curios of is why does being the skinniest girl you see around makes you feel better? Don't start saying I am fat or something and just answer the question :)

Hi there, I don't know about all this exercise stuff, I would much rather eat what I want and enjoy my life doing what I want when I want without worrying if I ate too many calories. I am not a fat person, I am only small really and don't need to watch what I eat as I don't seem to gain weight but I do understand the need to be fit just not at the expense of missing life. Have a good day.

GETTING FIT!Is every woman wants to have a wonderful slim body. But,sometimes we will be subject to the temptation of food.Recently, my friend is getting fit, every meals before, she will amount of weight,i think that maybe women will crazy about to getting fit.In oder to getting fit,to restrain ourself not to eating too much.In my concept of womens body, fat or not fat just make it like a natural, because health is most important.

I think this totally depends on individuals. Some women are not crazy when it comes to getting fit. They will do every step of exercise properly and consume the food moderately. For those pizza or burger, they are not healthy. But occasionally, it should be fine. Everyone can eat them as a treat. Of course, some women like some men go crazy for their figure. They over cautious with their body and go extreme on the exercise and strict with their diet. Mentally, their action make them they feel better. But I don't think it will be healthy for them in long term.......

Well pizzas and burgers aren't really good for you, even if you are skinny.
Don't know if you've noticed yet, but there's considerably more pressure on women to be good looking than there is on men. As a result, women tend to be the ones going the extra mile in order to look good.
I've been skinny all my life (no diets, just good genes), so to answer your question "Does being the skinniest girl around make me feel better?" Well, I've personally never been the skinniest girl around... my sister is genetically thinner than I am so I wind up the SECOND skinniest girl around most of the time. I like being skinny, and being skinny does give me a tiny boost of confidence. But here's the deal about being skinny: When you can't find fault with your weight, you find a million other things to hate about the way you look.
Good luck understanding the female mind!

Metabolisms slow as we get older, and for some people that is earlier than others. Also, many people are attached to their self image, and feel that will become less liked if they gained more weight. Others just like to eat healthy. It is really up to the person and why they choose to eat less or more when they go out. If I am with my family, I eat the same amount, however if I am with friends, I eat less. I usually do this, I think, because I feel better and am up to doing more things with them throughout the day, than if I ate a greasy pizza or hamburger and just felt bogged down by it.
