I have been dreaming cars nowadays. I keep on thinking how would I have my own car. I have no stable job so no one would lend me some money. I have a very low salary so it is impossible for me to buy one. I keep on wondering when I look at the people who have cars. What is his job? How did he get it? How long did he pay for it? Oh..how comfortable it is to have your own car. You don't have to commute.
Tell me, how did you get your car? Did you save for it? How long did it takes? What car is good for women? I don't know much about cars. Could you give me some tips? ^^

I have a car. My first car was a used one and very cheap, and my husband bought it for me. And my second car is still used car but it is in a good shape compared to my old one. hehehhe I put in 1/4 of the car price from my business money, and the rest was my husband's money. :-)

hello chicgale. I'm thinking of a used car. But as they say, it costs twice when you choose to buy used cars. I just need to do a lot of research. I want to have my own business too. In that way, it can augment my income.

second hand cars are the worst cars......if you buy a second hand car simply you have to spend money also on them.....

I have not yet got a car either but I can tell you on thing. It does cost a lot of money and dreaming about it won't help much. Sure you won't a car and even if you took all earnings you have online, saved up and bought a car, you'd have to factor in so much.
There are brands that are supposedly good, Honda is one of those brands, Kia I believe is another. When you do find yourself in the position to own a car, I'd suggest just looking up a lot of info about cars you find for sale in a magazine, or off on the road side somewhere.

I also want to have a car very much, but now the same siuation with you, but I think the most important is that find a formal job at first and then save money, after that we can buy a car by installment.

Hello Tess_Quinain, I don't think it's possible to buy a car if you have unstable job. first off, there's lot of expenses involved like insurance, taxes on car. then, you as a driver, you need medical examination or driving exam to get a driver's license, most people overpay the LTFRB or LTO because of corruption. Car needs a huge maintenance, if you want less maintenance, you need to buy a new one which is expensive, but if you buy second hand, it's twice the expense. I know, because i've help my brother occassionally have his car fix

Hi there LetranKnight..yeah i know it costs an arm and a leg. That is why I am searching for a part time job now and thinking of a good business. I am not good at business but I would like to study about it. I am saving for it but I hope money will come to me.hehe..

Well, that's a good dream i have to say.But i didn't mean that you can not get it.Just no more thinking .Just find some extra jobs to get a car. There are thousands of cars and we still have expensive ones and cheap ones.Since you are at first begining to earn money,a second-hand quality car can also be a good choice.

I would really badly want a car for myself too. But yeah, you are right having a car is not that easy. You have to consider a lot of things. And I think the real problem is not how we can get a car, or how long we can get the car, or what car would be a great choice. For me those things is easy to solve. The real problem is that when you have a car, how do you sustain it?? I mean the gasoline and the things that you would spend when the car got broke. I think the real time to have a car is when you are really financially stable. Because for me, when you have a car when you are not financially stable would be just a liability rather than being an asset. Let us strive hard my friend in order to have our dream car someday easily. Good day.

I ve been driving ma car for a year now! absolutely fun experience!
but i would suggest you purchase one once you have a stable job.. it does cost you a lot of money, not only to purchase the car but also the maintenance and fuel!
i drive a hatchback at present, which is great.. but my dream is to own a SUV!

I have the same questions and have been wondering how those people have money to buy such good cars. I know some have to buy a car on installment plan. Some others perhaps have more than one source of income.

Well, if there is one thing I've learned it is that if we want something, we should work hard for it. But, as you say, you have a low paying job. So, maybe it's time to earn from other sources so that saving up for that car would be possible. Read financial help books and learn from them.

I don't want to have a car in here, it is too expensive because of tax and not easy to have a parking place for a car.
You have low salary, not much money, then you need to earn more money for buying a car. You can do more job, work hard and do saving money. if you want, you can buy a secondhand car, you can buy cheaper and it maybe still good.
Hope you can buy a car soon. Good luck!

maybe you could either get a better paid job or get a part time job to save money to buy a car so its not impossible to get a car if you put the hard work in you will get everything you want. I have my own car and it is nice, you get a great sense of freedom and you can go where you want when you want. I think that a small car would proberly suit you maybe a fiesta or FIAT punto.
