My buddy just got his car impounded for his tags being expired for 2 years. Anyone know how much it would cost to get it out of the impound?

I am based in the UK so i dont really know but i am interested in finding out how much it is. I bet its about $500 i think in my country its about £300.

That is so expensive. Do you know what happens if you can't pick it up immediately? I am pretty sure he is going to have to borrow some money in order to pick it up but it may day a few days to gather that kind of scratch.

As i say i dont live in America so im not really sure i know its expensive in my country but maybe its cheaper where you live. I do like that 'gather that kind of scratch' what a great expression im having that.
