i think, previoulsy harddisk needs to all format, and then full back to install system operation at your harrdisk. used different tool to take optimal result. good luck friend

You can access your computer from a boot disk of some sort. Use a boot disk or something to where you can get into MS-DOS, or if you have the windows CD start over again, the installtion will format it for you. If you're using MS-DOS. You can try formatting by typing format C:(or whatever the drive you're trying to format is labaled).

That is problem from cd/dvd master windows, file corrupt or cd/dvd damage. Try new cd/dvd windows.

Blue screen can also occur due to ram complaint or the hdd issue, as this is a new laptop you better show to it's service centre.
I have seen blue screen issues due to faulty memory(ram), if it is under warranty it can be replaced ..
