Stress is definitely a common thing to all of us.
Living in a busy environment, the demands of
responsibilities at home and at work, demanding
kids and family members - these are all part and
parcel of a stressful life. What are the things
that help you relieve stress? Exercise, quiet time,
relaxing time with friends...These are just few
among others. Share some of your tips. Have a great
day everyone!

Hi chicgale. I did the same thing the past
3 days hahahah! Now that all it gave me were
sore legs, I decided to stay home today. Shopping
is definitely a stress reliever for me as well!
But I am very careful in getting tempted to spend
money. Roaming around the shopping center is
definitely a stress reliever, I can't agree more!

Hi nyang1984. By 'hail' song do you mean
religious songs? Sorry, please excuse my
ignorance. Listening to music is definitely
a stress reliever. I agree with you. This is
funny though because whenever I feel sad I would
sing or listen to Christmas songs! It's just that
the feel of Christmas uplifts my spirit. That is,
any time of the year, hahahah! Thanks for responding.

I scrapbook to relieve stress, and put on a funny movie or music while I do it. And I'm lucky enough to be able to get away every few months, normally for about 3 weeks. I head out east and stay with a good friend of mine, and then I go on and visit my daughter for a week. I love the roadtrips, for some driving is stressful, but when I get out on the road for a long trip, it's great. I also cut way down on my stress, by not allowing drama into my life. Seems some people just live for the drama and can't do without it, but not me! Life is so much better since I learned to get rid of drama, and the drama queens/kings that bring it around.

I like the idea of putting on a funny
movie because I love comedy. Not
allowing drama into my life???? That's
for sure would be helpful. Thanks for
the response.

What works for me is to have some quality/relaxing time with me.. doing nothing.. burning escense.. but burning escense in between being busy works fine too.. also with my kids.

Silence...serenity...peace....
That would be an ideal stress reliever
for me... I value my quiet time. Burning
incense? That would be a good idea. I
haven't tried it for a long time. Thanks
heaps for the idea.

Hi doroffee. I used to write my blog
couple of years ago. But the thing is,
I cannot write when I am stressed, and I
found myself not writing at all because I
cannot focus on my ideas. It was sad that
I gave up blogging, but nevertheless, I
still write in forums and other sites when-
ever I have time and in the mood. I just
found it impossible to write in my own blog
on a regular basis.

You can relieve stress by doing things you like.I relieve my stress in this way.For example,I sometimes play computer games for a whole day or get up very late.I have ever heard such words: after working for six days, you should have a rest in the seventh day.During the seventh day,you should devote yourself to happy things absolutely. After this, you will find yourself full of passion, and the passion will last for at least six days.In fact, the method is used by many people and it proves to be very useful.By the way,if you can not do all the thing which bring stress to you,you can ask someone to do with you.

That's a good idea. Asking someone to do
things with me... I believe that good friends
of mine really help me get rid of stress.
A cup of coffee or two with hours of chatting
would be ideal. Thanks for the response.
