Being parents, how to make your kids successful? How to make them happy? they have a lot of homework. How to make them love learning? Do they have to go to famous university? Nowadays younsters like to play computer games, how to persuade them to learn more and play less?

The best you can do is to continue to motivate them to learn. Maybe help them on some projects to make it more fun and they know that you are sharing some fun and experiences with them. If you keep a time limit on games it will work better to make sure they do other things during the day than stare at the glow of the screen all night. They will be 'forced' in a way to do their homework, and use their imagination in playing other types of games as well.
