There is no way of increasing your height once your body has stopped growing at the age of about 18. Growth is controlled by a hormone which the body produces naturally. Giving this hormone artificially is exceptionally used to treat certain medical complaints and is subject to many dangers and side effects. Height is controlled both by genetics and by nutrition during childhood. Once you have reached the maximum height decided by these factors, there is NOTHING that can be done about it, in spite of many false claims and myths to the contrary.

additional height was my dream too but apparently that will stay as a dream since i have reached the extent of growing because of the age i have today.on the other hand there are growth hormones available in the market but those are not for those people whose bones have finished growing.in short, we just have to stop that though for it will just frustrate us. better be cautious on the food that will protect our bones instead and won't leave us leaning when we grow old. nice post you have here pal.
