cannot login to jss tripler

i have not been able to for this entire week and I'm wondering if it's just me or is everyone having same issues because of restart. How long does the restart take anyways? I thought it was supposed to happen this week.

I sometimes have problems to log in but I think that it's because of the amount of usesrs accessing the site at the same time. When I try to log in between 12:30 and 13:30 JBP server time it seems to be very slow and sometimes I got disconnected. Any other time I log in it works perfect.

I have not noticed any of my positions being effected by the restart, but I was under the impression it should have already happened by now.
As far as being able to login, I believe that it is an issue just you or a limited group is having. I have had no trouble logging into the site this past week and haven't heard anyone mention this issue anywhere else on the web.
