Gushclouds is it legit or scam

Have you heard about Gushclouds? It is founded by a Singaporean name Vincent Ha and Althea Lim I think it was launch last year 2011 of March. You will earn by sharing the advertiser products/campaign on your facebook wall and Twitter. For every click made by your friends on the shared link on your wall, you will be rewarded with incentives like first click is $0.10 and succeeding click is $0.20 up to maximum of $0.90. I tried to find a website that have reviewed gushclouds if it is legit or not but i can`t find one. Beside There are few website about 3, i think that said it is legit they also claim they have proof of payment but i haven`t seen one. So if any one here in Mylot know about this or have experience joining this site could you please provide me some info if this is really legit or just a pure scam. Thanks to all of you
