Benefits of Drinking Water

We all know that water is the universal solvent. When I was still young, I really don't want to drink much water. Let's just say that I only drink around a total of 1 or 2 glasses of water a day. But today, I realize how important drinking water is.
As what I've learned, we need to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I've read some articles about drinking water and I've concluded that we need to drink enough amount of water that our body needs. For me, you need to drink one glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. We need to drink another glass of water after our meals. And drink some water after we eat something even after eating a small piece of peanut. And when we go to sleep at night, we need to drink water but not too much.
Take note that drinking enough water will help you prevent from body illness. I'm very happy to share this.

There's no other fluid than water that has the capacity of cleaning our body.
What I geard from a natural doctor, it is better for us to have tap water rather than cold water. Even during hot weather, it is better to have tap water because drinking cold water will make your body produce more heat.
Also, It is recommended to drink 1-2 glasses of water every hour. Better if you are going to shake the water 40 times before drinking it. This will increase the fluidity of the water making it absorbs faster by the body. Also, it will make the water retain more time in our system keeping our body hydrated.

Shaking the water will make the intermolecular bonds between water molecules to break. Making the water easier to swallow (I already tried it, you can try it too), easier for the body to absorb, making it retained longer in the body particularly in the cells, keeping us hydrated longer. Drinking unshaken water (1-2 glasses every hour) will make us urinate more often, but drinking shaken water will reduce the interval of urinating.
Just place the water in any container (bottle, glass, etc), better if it has cover, then shake vigorously at leat 40 times before drinking.

Water has many benefits in our body. You already mentioned some of it so I would like to add the things which you missed.
Drinking sufficient water helps our skin looks young. It also increases the blood platelets of our body. Drinking water every morning will do something to have a smooth blood flow. I have read some article that water is also a therapy to some illnesses and there are certain no. of glasses to drink for each sickness. I cannot remember the details. But all these information convinced me enough to drink water more than 8 glasses everyday.

Drinking water, especially in the heat is very important. A person can get dehydrated easily if you are out in the heat for a long period without water. Dehydration is dangerous become you can fall into a coma and die. And that doesn't mean pop or tea or juice. That means water. Water is need to flush the system, flush the organs like the liver of toxins. Keeping the skin hydrated by drinking water is important too. So drink ATLEAST 8 tall glasses per day.

yes i also do that when i was young and now i will drink not less than 8 glasses of water. i wanted to clear my urine, yeah right! even though at night i really much water as a result at dawn i usually urinate. :).

Drinking glasses of water is very good for health. We all know know water is a good solute and all the unwanted solute in our body gets dissolved in it and it is excreted out. So it very important to drink a plenty of water for the purification of your body. If you drink less water the waste solutes gets deposited in your body itself without it's excretion. So it is very important to large glasses of water, Which may cause to the many problems including the developing of pimples.

I hav e to drink between 8 to 10 glasses a day for my diabetes so my blood glucose does not go too high.i h ave a two cup glass I keep filled with water and sip it while mylotting as otherwiseI get a dry mouth which is not good to have for a diabetic.I have two glasses of liguid at ea ch meal and some water betwee meals
so I am not dry mouthed.

Water is so vital that we can die in 2-3 days without it. Essential minerals are found in water needed for body functions. They say that we need to take in 6-8 glasses of water a day? Yes, not necessary glasses of water, but any combination of any kind of fluid will do - pure water, fruit juices, soda, soup, jelly and many others. Water is life.
